Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer service. I got immediate responses to all my emailed questions, even on a Sunday. I needed a high prescription put in a wrap-around frame. Other companies advised me my prescription was too strong. Heavyglare was able to put my strong prescription in a Wiley X wrap around. I'm extremely pleased with the results. The Wiley X sunglasses from Heavyglare are as comfortable as my everyday regular glasses.

Product was received in good condition… Product was received in good condition and status was regularly updated via email. Price was unbeatable. I wish service were slightly faster. Shipping from Heavyglare to me was quick enough, but there was a bit of uncertainty as the product was apparently shipped from the manufacturer to Heavyglare, which took time. Assumedly this particular model was simply out of stock and this would not typically take as long.

So happy to have found a discontinued… So happy to have found a discontinued pair of sunglasses I had my eye on. The shopping experience with Heavyglare Eyewear was easy and shipping was extremely fast. Unfortunately, I did not care for how the sunglasses looked on me and I returned them (which was processed just as fast as the shipping). While I've always shopped in-store for eyewear so I could try them on, the ease of shopping online at Heavyglare has changed that.
