Oversized frames yay! It was easy to order frames. So excited Company offers oversized frames for large faces. They are difficult to find. All the pretty frames are mostly for smaller faces.

Wonderful Company I love their frames. I have purchased (5) pair since March. Outstanding customer service!! I entered my prescription incorrectly on my first 3-pair & didn't realize it until I got my glasses and Vooglam corrected the prescription and sent me my corrected glasses at no additional charge.

They fixed my error in ordering! I made an error inputing my prescription when I ordered my glasses. I immediately notified Vooglam by email request replacement lenses. They informed me that they don't ship lenses without frames. They offered to make new lenses if I returned the original glasses. I just had to pay a few bucks for return shipping. All along the process, their communication was clear and concise, handled by humans, not bots. I'm thoroughly pleased and impressed. I got nice glasses at a great price and customer service that exceeded my expectations.

What is not to love!? What is not to love!?! The glasses, the deals, the flash sales, the fire selection, glasses that fit my personality, being able to see how they look on someone else as well as myself, the cost, the fun of coming back almost daily to see what's new! I'm hooked!
