GBOutstanding Customer Service My Oakley shades are a little special. I didn't realize it at the time, and ended up ordering a pair of lenses that wouldn't fit. I reached out and Fuse's outstanding customer service shone through. They offered to either give me a full refund, or create custom lenses, at no additional charge. Fuse is awesome, and not only will I continue to be a customer, but I'll be recommending them to others as well.

GBI ordered the wrong pair of lenses I ordered the wrong pair of lenses, but was able to get the correct pair with the help of Alexandria and the customer support team. I will definitely shop here again.

CALENSES DID NOT ARRIVE My lenses HAVE NOT been delivered. The shipping states that they were. They HAVE NOT been delivered and our "neighbours" do not have them as an email suggested. Nor should they. Impossible not to get our address correct in that we have Christmas lights illuminating the entire place. Will be contacting our credit card company as to this "fraudulent" hustle FUSE Lenses is pulling. Update...... Fuse Customer Service has reached out immediately. Rosina from Fuse sent a nice email and has offered to ship another pair of lenses if the lenses are not delivered today. I will keep all updated.

AUGreat lenses - awesome service I've ordered quite a few sets of lenses from Fuse over the years. The lenses are great, but it's the customer service that keeps me coming back. The team go way above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. Special shout out to Rosina, really appreciate the help!

GBAfter receiving a defective set of… After receiving a defective set of lenses, I reached out to the Fuse customer service who were quick to respond. I got an email back from Kayla the same day where she advised that a new set of lenses were in processing and on the way. (Without effecting my warranty service) Thank you Kayla for the exceptional service and professionalism, you are awesome!
