I remove my hearing processors at bedtime so I need something to alert me if a phone call comes in while I'm sleeping. The company's customer service team was polite, efficient and generous in their attempts to troubleshoot the problem as I told them how essential that clock was to my husband. Their surprising solution after examining our clock was to send us a new clock, very quickly. We were thrilled to have that great resolution so fast.
