A very good experience and so far am… A very good experience and so far am glad I bought a HA fr Club Hearing rather than a local audiologist, a bit of a gamble; the price is half and this was the reason. Frederick, the online audiologist answers all my questions the same day and is knowledgable, pleasant, helpful. You may use a local audiologist’s hearing test and your HA will be sent to you programmed, for me, this seemed a better option. I am finding some local audiologists will not service HAs purchased online, some will. There is def a learning curve w the toggles, functions and phone app, give yourself time to learn, you will. And thankyou Frederick for your patience answering all my questions!

I'm relatively new to hearing aids and… I'm relatively new to hearing aids and just ordered replacement wax filters...I was void of filters on the end of the two black sticks but had success with the 3rd. and fourth ......Questioned my error or manufacturing error and without hesitation your company immediately gave me a positive response....As a retired 74 year old dentist my response is "What SERVICE"..Dr. Roger C. They came quickly, were pre-programmed by Club Hearing as per my prescription. All of my follow up questions were handled after I received my hearing aids.
