I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again

Great customer service I made a mistake on my address from typing too fast. I left a voicemail after hours to the let them know of the error in house number. I asked if they could change it or maybe cancel the order and I would resubmit. Not only did they change the address for the order the next morning, they updated my profile so I wouldn’t have it happen again.

Really good source for contact lenses. Ordering was very easy on the website. SO fast on the delivery; Contact Lens King shipped my order on the same day I submitted my order, so that was great. I saved the equivalent of $140 this year versus buying at my optometrist's office. Thank you for the great service!

Lowest-priced contacts around, but deceptive marketing practices Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).
