Ordered 2 pairs of glasses Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, very, very thin flimsy frames and the thinning of the lenses was very poor and didn't fit in the frames. Also had visible lines on the lenses as were Bifocal which is not like my current lenses. My prescription is recent that I supplied, but the bottom half is too blurry. Reported the issues only to be offered 30% off coupon, or to remake them at 70% of cost or refund of 30% but need to pay return shipping to China, wiping most of the refund out. Rip off merchants and con artists. Buyer beware. Updated: still not getting anywhere with 'customer service' rep Doci and a resolution is still not anywhere near satisfactory. My opinion still hasn't changed. BEWARE!!

Lovely glasses Lovely looking glasses. I submitted my prescription incorrectly so the glasses weren’t right. Customer services were very helpful and although couldn’t issue a refund due to it being my error they did refund some of the costs.

Glasses perfection… Ordering glasses with a prescription lenses, has never been so easy , I wish I had heard of Vooglam years ago , I now have five pairs .
