These are great hearing aids These are great hearing aids! Before I got my Orkas I could not even participate in conversations in crowded restaurants. It was like sitting alone with a wall of noise. Now, even in the noisiest environment I can set the profile to "In Noise" and join in to the conversation. The fact that I can hear sounds I've been missing for years, is an added bonus. Great, responsive customer service and the remote sessions with the audiologists have been a joy.

At age 72, the best hearing aids I have ever had! I have had the pleasure of being fitted with the big brand hearing aids over many years. Spent a fortune and only heard sounds louder but not better voice clarity. And Bluetooth options were horrid! It was a very frustrating journey. I kept watching for new options knowing someone would break through the monopoly on hearing aids. I discovered award winning Orka at a great price, no risk trial so I tried them. Simply outstanding! It was the best choice in hearing aids ever. Sound clarity is the best ever, Bluetooth options easy and work, sound quality for music or phone calls is excellent! They are so rich in features and clarity! Highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids!

I can now hear… I can now hear the chime installed at the entrance to our office.This one had been installed by my colleagues, but since it produces high-pitched sounds,I couldn't hear it... Outside,I can now hear the birds very well and the wind does not whistle in my devices. Very nice presentation of the box. Of all the hearing aids I have tested in the past Orka has the best look, clarity and proformance of some of the most expensive hearing aids on the market. Being a retired 73 year old design director, I would like to make some design observations about the look and design of Orka hearing aids. When you receive your package you notice the beautiful box that it comes in. The silver leaf Orka logo is a beautiful high end touch to the box. The magnetic clasp of the packaging also creates a high-end look! The trays that hold the manuals and the charging case & accessories remind me of a beautiful Japanese Bendo box. From the modern look of the hearing aids themselves to the minimalist ecosystem of the App. The beautiful claymation like images of a husband and wife with family. It's so beautiful and refreshing in imagery that it makes you stand out from the rest of the competition. Now we come to the AI hearing aids themselves. Of all the hearing aids I have tested in the past Orka has the best look, clarity and performance of some of the most expensive hearing aids on the market. Your team should take a bowl... Hiorka canceled my order without telling me or refunding my money! I purchased these on March 29. It is April 8th and I still have not received them. When I check the status of the order it says shipped should receive the 6th. But when I click the tracking number and it takes me to ups it says the sender canceled the order. Now I cant get in touch with anyone and I have not heard from anyone on why they canceled my order. They received their money now they just dissappear. Highly upset and do not recommend!
