While Webeyecare continues to attempt to debate with me that it only comes in 8.4. So Unprofessional. Andy and Mark especially were very unprofessional. They just kept blaming the doctor's office. They continue to state Total 30 only comes in base curve of 8.4. My Doctor's office says that astigmatism lenses are infact available in 8.6. The bottom line, I did not get what I paid for regardless of whose fault it was and I was hoping they would say, we are Sorry and let's get this corrected for you so you can use your contacts. Perhaps you received a bad batch, send yours back to us and we will get another one out to you asap, etc. That would have been the nice, professional thing to say and do. NO 100% Guarantee as per their website. THAT STATEMENT IS FALSE.
