GBExactly what I ordered for far less than competing websites. I just wanted to say that my order arrived faster than I thought it would, the contents are exactly as I ordered and I saved a good bit of money from what 1800contacts.com was going to charge me. Keep up the good work, I will definitely recommend you to my friends that are looking to purchase their doctor's preferred brand of contacts at an affordable price.

GBWORST SERVICE If I could give a zero I would. I realized immediately that I had selected + instead of - on my prescription and my chance found the phone number for the company I was told my a very rude customer service person I needed to email them and it would be taken care of. I did so and 2 weeks later I still received the wrong order. When I attempted to call there was no answer so I emailed again 48 hours later still no answer. So now I'm stuck with a pair of useless contacts I cant use :( Worst service ever!

GBI've been getti great company great experience and great customer serviceng my contacts from… I've been getting my contacts from contact lens for a number of years they've always been there for me when I needed them. I'm so happy that I found them years ago not only do they give great customer service but they also have great prices on their contacts I wouldn't use anybody else

GBEasy and Quick I was hesitant to order contact lens online in case they took a long time to come or I entered the information wrong. But I had no problems. I filled out the form, uploaded the prescription and received confirmation of the order and also that they had confirmed I entered the prescription correctly. They arrived sooner than excepted in a small cardboard box.

GBHas gone downhill I liked buying from this company for a long time. Their website is easy to use and reorder from. But this time my experience was not good. I ordered lenses on 12/4 - the website didn't show that they were out of stock. I wrote a few days later to see what was happening because the order showed as still processing. On 12/8 they told me they didn't have them because they say they're discontinued - but they'd get them "any day" from another company. I asked if delivery could be expedited after all this time. It looks like they created a label on 12/19 - didn't give to the post office until 12/22 - and sent it *UPS Ground* at the height of XMas rush. So after keeping me on the hook that I'd get them any day after 12/8, I am now supposed to get them on 12/28 according to the tracking. I would of course have bought from another company had I realized they were: 1. out of stock; and then 2. not going to ship them ASAP. They did answer messages so I'm giving 2 stars for that - but lesson learned! I'm ordering now from a company I've used before that ships same day & has them in stock - I'm paying for overnight shipping because I've been waiting so long - and I bet they'll still be here ahead of the Contactlens.com lenses I ordered 4 weeks earlier...
