GBMPO and Frequency functions I received my hearing aids about 10 days ago. The instructions are not clear at all for the MPO function and the frequency adjustment feature. Please explain these features. What does the MPO up and down change or supposed to do? When I try to fine tune the frequency adjustment, there is no change in the sound from the hearing aids. It would also be very helpful if there was a slide bar indication of where the volume is set at on the app.

GBThese are the worst hearing aids These are the worst hearing aids, and the company is a joke. I order the $249 hearing aids and it took 2 weeks to get them. The app doesn't work most of the time. If you set it to any setting the outside noise is horrible. I don't think any company without a phone number is not right. So I sent them back and they ask me to use the same tracking number they used which you can not do and don't require a signature. I use a new tracking number and required a signature. It only took 4 days to send them back. Now waiting to see what happens. I believe this company is a scam
