Great company The website was extremely user friendly. The selection of products was outstanding. I was impressed with the value packages. And delivery was exceptional. I love the frames, the lenses react the way they are supposed to which is so important after cataract surgery that didn't quite go as planned.

Fab, Fast and Affordable❤️ Its was easy to order and the discounts are great! I love that I can enter my insurance information and get that over with rather than having to do a reimbursement. Validated my special order quickly Fast service, great selection of frames, and checking with me to validate the Rx when is seemed it may be incorrect for "distance"style lenses. These were a specialty Rx for my use as a musician to allow me to clearly see my music at a specific distance. Thank you. ~Gordon~

Horrible customer service and communication Ordered glasses from this company, they came in very timely manner which was good, however I could not even see out of my glasses. When I contacted the company I was told to go back to my eye doctor and have them do an RX check. My doctor is an hour away from my home. I made a special trip to the doctor, only to be told the RX in the lenses sent to me is not my RX. Upon contacting eyeconic when I got back home, I was told they could fix the problem unless I had documentation from my doctor that the rx in the lenses sent was incorrect. This was never told to me in the first conversation I had with the customer service rep. So, my options were to drive back out an hour to my doctor to get documentation or get a refund. Horrible customer service and communication on proper steps to fix issue they created.

An awesome and seamless experience! I loved purchasing my glasses and contacts through Eyeconic. I really appreciated how I could easily link up my vision insurance. I knew what to expect price-wise and uploading my RX was super simple. I received both glasses and contacts less than a week from ordering them. I will continue to use Eyeconic in the future and have been telling friends and family about them.
