Helpful service. The glasses were not what I expected (the polarized lenses were much darker than expected--a mistake on both sides)..Global listened to me ( a rarity in many cyber transactions), applied my purchase amount to another pair of glasses (which were just right), and forwarded the remaining amount to my Pay Pal account. The Global rep. was a great and patient listener. Would definitely work with them again.

Worst experience ever!! Worst experience ever. I sent my frames in to be re-lensed, took forever to finally get my glasses back only to have them be wrong, followed all the directions to RMA the purchase but have not received back after almost 3 months , numerous emails go unanswered , nothing from these thief's, I have to go through credit card company to get my money back and will be out my expensive frames . Absolutely horrible company. Stay away if you value your money and time!!!

The Hallmark of cheep Chinese marketing. The glasses I ordered were the Zac Masons advertized as having a 50mm wide by 43mm height lens.After a excessive shipping delay 9 days after the tracking number was posted,I received the pair of glasses the lens size is 50mm Wide by 49mm Height-NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!...I recommend avoiding this slipshod company and buying some place else like Zenni Optical as I have had positive results with them three times in the past.....No Thank You ,Global Optical..Not reccommended.

This is absolutely the lousiest return… This is absolutely the lousiest return policy I've seen in a very very long time. No information provided, no alternatives offered. First I had to chase cocoleni for order - it got stuck. Then I had to chase for the return order (twice). No response, no apologies, just a plain refund of 75%. Not even the option for 100% return was offered in case of an alternative purchase? Lousy, sloppy, non professional. Very dissapointed.

Buying Glasses online I ordered a 1st set of re-lenses for an existing set of frames that I have and still like. I was happy with them. So I ordered a set for single vision reading only glasses soon after. These were like the others of very fine quality and I'm amazed by that actually. This company provides very good very functional glasses for less money than their competition. I'm so satisfied I recently ordered another set of "re-lensed" frames for another set of glasses that had gotten cracked after being dropped twice. These people do good a competent work.
