When I order them they were on back order as soon as they were back in stock they shipped it out which took about 3-4 days to come. DON'T DO IT I can't emphasize enough not to order from here. Unfortunately I did, like an idiot, without reading reviews. Ordered Tom Ford sunglasses for 470.00 (so, no discount, wasn't looking for one, just thought I was ordering dumb sunglasses) It has been over a month and no sunglasses. They do, however, intermittently answer emails with excuses that the covid is holding things up, then after the 4 weeks they said the glasses were on backorder. Nevertheless, i have stupidly handed over dollars with little expectation that I will ever receive the product. I blame myself too - but save yourself the anger. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES

Scam Scam. I was tricked into a duplicate order. Paid through Sezzle who debited my bank card immediately for the first installment- they won't refund until they get a response from the merchant. Merchant is GlassesEtc Their phone number does not exist. Their customer service number does not respond to calls and no contact person is available. I had to have my bank refund the money as a fraud claim.

I had to wait longer than expected for… I had to wait longer than expected for my order, but it was worth the wait and when I contacted GlassesEtc I got a quick reply. When I compared the Gucci sunshades I got from GlassesEtc to the ones I ordered on eBay that are guaranteed to be authentic, I’m pretty sure the eBay order was a very expensive knockoff. Live in learn. Yes, I paid more on GlassesEtc, but I feel I got what I paid for.
