GBWorst Company EVER!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Never use this company! I thought this was a reputable company, but soon found out it is ran by a bunch a little kids and wannabe scam artists. My order shipped over a month after it was placed - and then charge to my account when it was shipped, not when it was ordered. By the time they decided they felt like sending my glasses, I had already ordered new ones from elsewhere (a reputable company that had my order to me within 5 business days and charged my account the day the order was placed), so I decided to return the order from eyesave. They give you a ups return shipping label to use - you should probably use your own though. I used this return label and sent my order back - watching my order via ups tracking number, I knew when the package was delievered to eyesave. As per their instructions on the website for returns, the order will take a week or so to be processed, so after seeing that the package was delivered I gave them a week or so to process it. After two weeks I called them to see how my return was going - they said the only problem is that they didnt recieve my order. I told them I had a ups tracking number that says it was delievered and signed for - I also used your shipping return label. She then told me that my package must have been lost - call back Monday and we will figure everything out. So I call back Monday, and they say they have my package but it wont be processed until Thursday, but thats when your money will be deposited - guaranteed. (YEA RIGHT!) Thursday comes along, still not deposit. I called again, this time to a woman telling me that they havent recived my package (once again) so they cant process my order. I got frustrated and hung up on her - called back got another representative that told me that the problem is that my package was delivered to the Detroit office, not the NY office. HELLO!-DO YOU THINK I'M STUPID, I HAVE A UPS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION STATING THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO BROOKLYN, NY!!!! She also let me know that there's never a

GBVery Unprofessional eStore Five business days after I placed my order, I discovered the Ray Ban sunglasses I ordered was not shipped! I received no email indicating that the item was on backorder, soldout, etc. So I called the company. On prodding the customer service rep, I found out the sunglasses were not in stock although he said I might have ordered the last pair. Of course there was no way to verify this, he said. So I checked the web site to see if at least NOW it showed out of stock and noticed that the item was still listed as 'in stock.' That is, more unwary customers could end up ordering an item that definitely was not in stock without any notification. In all likelihood the same thing had happened to me. Without another thought, I asked the rep to cancel the order. To eyesave.com's one redeeming credit, the company immediately canceled the order, and I received email confirmation right away. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend that you do not order from this company, unless you have ages to wait. Besides, who would trust an unscrupulous company to deliver authentic name-brand sunglasses? At least I didn't end up waiting a month only to find out they shipped me fake sunglasses! And I hope no one reading this has to deal with that kind of situation.

GBWrong choice ...... Ordered Gargoyles Firewall shades (Black/Smoke) on Nov 3 after being shown as available on website. Received email on Nov 6 saying the model was no longer available. I did have some misgivings ordering from a no-name site, but learned my lesson the hard way. Its only Amazon and Zappos from now on!

GBHad to pester for a refund I returned my sunglasses and sent them back over 2 months ago. I changed my 1 star to a 3 because it took 2 emails and finally a bad review on this site to get my refund. That being said, the initial ordering and shipping experience was fine, and the glasses were quality. They just didn't fit correctly.

GBDo not use Eyesave.com Terrible experience with eyesave.com. They send you an email telling you to allow 3-5 days for shipment but what they dont tell you is it takes 7 business days for "processing" before they even ship. I called today and asked why they dont tell you that and the very unfriendly agent said "Ill look into it". I will not use eyesave.com again and would not recommend you to use them either.
