Advertised free shipping didn't apply Free shipping was advertised the day I made my order, but I was charged for it anyhow. Other than that great and fast service and high quality mold UPDATE: Company have contacted me after the review and explained that there was a special code that had to be used in order to get the free shipment, that I, unfortunately, didn't see. I hope that in the future special offer codes can be more visible or even automated. Melb Molds also offered me a refund, that was completely unnecessary as it was my own choice to proceed with the order even with the shipping cost. Great Customer Service and Satisfaction follow up, that deseves an additional star and review update.
