Placed my order on tuesday with the regular shipping and received my order on friday...couldn't be any faster! At first I thought the shipping fee was a little high but it arrived so quickly and was packed the way I would have packed it myself I was extremely happy. Thank you, Ruby Lane!

Easy site experience, but "Help" not helpful The website is fairly intuitive to use. I found it easy to filter the specific categories I was interested in, making my time quick on the site. The one thing I found problematic was, I have no way of knowing if my Credit Card information is visible to the Seller, or if my Credit Card data is being store on either the Seller's site or the Ruby Lane site. I tried to find out on the Ruby Lane site, but got nowhere. Very frustrating!

A little confusing that invoices say… A little confusing that invoices say “don’t forget to make your payment” (?) I thought I did. So then I had to check PayPal to make sure I did. It would be better to keep viewing items without having to tap the next page, page after page and then it’s a real drag if you tap wrong spot. Makes shopping inconvenient and not efficient.

This was my first purchase on Ruby lane… This was my first purchase on Ruby lane and it was easy. The seller was great, the item excellent. The service excellent. Will definately buy more from there.
