Unexpected charges and personal information You should very clearly let people in the US know they will have to send personal information for customs paperwork as well as pay a duty on the project. Delivered means delivered. Did not expect to have to pay duty, provide SS # etc etc..The painting is nice, but the delivery process is not.

The second set of pictures were sent after the artist was done. It came wrapped perfectly and is absolutely beautiful! Hope to buy more in the future!
