Bidding customer
GB…all except the last bidding night. Had a great experience with the auction until the last day. Unclear if it was server issues or a glitch but in communication with other people we identified there was an issue that prevented people from being able to bid on items in a timely manner or move past the initial screen (first 20 items) to check the status of upcoming auction items that were ending. It was nerve-wracking and disappointing. I trust Auction Ninja will look into any server/cloud/error issues they have and identify ways to make the customer experience better in the future. Tracking bids, receiving invoices, and viewing items is fantastic. With the exception of the final night of bidding, I give Auction Ninja two thumbs up.

GBThis 5 star review is for Simplify… This 5 star review is for Simplify Eileen. She and her team are very professional and very organized. Each person is taken in the house with a team member that waits until you gather all of your items and safely bring them out to your vehicle. They only allow so many people in the house at a time. I have never had a missing item from her auctions. Not the case with another auctioneer that I have been to twice and both times, items were missing. I don't understand how this can happen 2 for 2 times. I will continue to use auction ninja. I will just be careful of the auctioneer that I will be bidding on. The experience is like night and day. Most are very good. Eileen and her team are excellent. Only one auctioneer is terrible.

GBI've purchased from several auctions… I've purchased from several auctions now, and have had great experiences from each. The platform itself works well. I get all the text notifications I set myself up for as reminders for the auctions and items I'm watching. It's been a great experience!

GBError in listing, still have not received refund I won a collage (item #10214) listed as being 13.5"x17.5". In the course of arranging shipping, I was told the listing was in error; the piece was actually 31"x 25.5". This size didn't work for me and on April 18th, I was told a refund would be issued within 3-5 business days. It has been 8 business days and the refund has not yet been issued. I emailed an inquiry and received no reply, then called today and spoke with someone who was very nice and promised communication within 2 days. Unfortunately, my confidence is pretty damaged.
