Trying to return Hi, the product was not the color I expected so I decided to return it. I contacted customer service via chat, but didn't receive a response although it has been a few days. Edit: It turns out they were trying to contact me insistently and finally they got through. Sent me clear directions to return the item. Hence editing my review.

Searching for odd size and museum quality Searching for odd size for two custom pet canvas paintings. Came across Vossington that had the right size. Was unsure about color because it's hard to tell soft cream color. When they arrived, sooner then promised, the frames were perfect! Color, size, thickness of frame was exactly what I've been looking for. Vossinvton frames are museum quality. Love these frames!

Great-looking Frame Most interesting frame I've seen yet; veneer over metal--but really well-executed. I like the thin profile a LOT and will likely order again when the need arises. I definitely like the pricing.

Hello Hello, wrote yesterday regarding color of frame and poor ship/packaging. The color is pinky beige not white/white washed - doesn't accent art intended for frame. Condition of the frame as follows - corner protectors pulled off during shipping, ripping plastic on 2 edges leaving wood edges exposed. Several fastener/clips sprung open ripping thru plastic shrink wrap leaving the frame, acrylic, backer loose in the frame. Large cardboard shipping package bent and torn. Disappointed, waited long time for frame to be back in stock and best to return - BUT packaging will not protect it thru return shipping to Vossington. Please contact me asap.

Best customer service ever!! I want to start off by saying the actual frame is really pretty…simple, like I wanted. I must not have read the listing close enough because they used plexiglass…not glass. I was pretty disappointed—had I known that I would have thought twice before purchasing the trio and for the price I assumed, of course, that they would use more quality components. That being said, Vossington contacted me, explained the issue, and bent over backwards to make my purchase a positive experience. In the future, I will be sure to read the frames’ descriptions more closely before purchasing but I will definitely buy from them again. A++
