Outstanding Customer Service A had a slight problem with my painting arriving later than expected and damaged but the customer service was outstanding. They remade the painting and shipped a new one to me within a few days. If your not satisfied they will absolutely make it right!

Would Not Recommend The home portrait I ordered through Harold Home I probably could have gotten for free through a simple photo editing app. These 'watercolor' portraits are not done by hand (and if they are, it is definitely not worth the cost). I am still trying to get the edits I want, with no progress. I regret purchasing and would not recommend.

My House Portrait Arrived Today and It is Beautiful! I received my house portrait today and am very happy with it! The color and overall appearance is beautiful, and Harold Home did a good job of adding my little dog to the picture. I'm also pleased with how well the portrait was packaged for shipping. It was packaged very carefully, so it arrived without damage. I have ordered from other companies where a special product was damaged in shipping due to careless or flimsy packaging, so I am so thankful that Harold Home took the time to handle my beautiful picture with care.
