GBRun the other way Run the other way. No support, virtually no communication. DiscountASP.net sent a payment reminder to my IT tech, not to me, in November. Without warning, DiscountASP.net stopped hosting my domain 5 days ago so I can't receive any e-mails or faxes. I have sent 2 emails offering to pay and my IT tech has opened 2 tickets. After IT guy provided the information requested by DIscountASP.net, they closed the ticket without resolving anything. He opened a second ticket and can't get a response at all. Given that I'm an attorney and not having email or fax is paralyzing my firm, I would appreciate a call from their legal team sooner rather than later. There is absolutely no support from this company.

GBI Tried Many Hosting Service, This Was By Far the Best I am involved political activism and have needed on occasion to have my own site. Over the years I have set up sites on two different occasions. I have tried other services most most of which have resulted in complex nightmares. DiscountASP's skilled and very responsive help team was always there to guide me through to get what I needed to get done. Also, their user interface is complete and works well.

GBExpensive and poor service I went to Discountasp to host my website. It's been a disaster. First there are all the hidden fees that other hosting services don't charge. For example, SSL costs $100 a year with Discountasp, where most other hosting services provide it for free. Backups? Extra charge. Wordpress? Extra charge. etc, etc. Now you might think, but well they'll give you great technical support. Think again. I had an issue with the configuration and they just kept blaming plugins. I finally had to just abandon Discountasp with six months remaining on the my term. Money down a rat hole. Take your business elsewhere.

GBneeds work ASP upload is restricted to a ridiculously low amount so one cannot even upload pics from your cellphone. Need to increase the upload level on the base load. On billing notices the domain name is not listed ...not smart review says FORMER CUSTOMER?
