GBI didn’t receive the item I ordered I didn’t receive the item I ordered. Nobody’s answering for emails, WhatsApp or any other channels. They said I got the delivery. They are lies! I didn’t get any response from them at all!! And anybody can even check the UPS tracking number 1Z58F6210325378076 This show that UPS has returned it to them because delivery issues.

GBNo shipping when you paid for it Make order 15 days ago, paid £23 for shipping when it says 2-5 working days, since then no update or shipping. Sent email about updates, but no answer at all. Don’t know how long need to wait for update or delivery. Worst service ever.

The shipping box was damaged but the picture itself wasn’t. I am very happy with my art and will be shopping with motivinci in the near future! Thank you
