The only problem I have is I received a duplicate order and when I wrote to ask how to return one of them I was told to send it to the address on the invoice. I am disappointed that I did not receive a return sticker that would allow me to return it free. I will be out postage that was not my fault but the fault of the shipping department. They should have picked up on the duplicate order because of the spelling of the name and the same address.

The fabric came quickly and in good… The fabric came quickly and in good shape, just one of the pieces in the fabric bundle was short 1/2 to 1 1/2". I am guessing it was the end of a bolt and not something Sue cut herself and I was able to still make my quilt with the remaining yard.

Not perfect BUT Great Customer Service makes up for any problems Although there were a few hiccups, I have to say that Sue from Sue's Creating Cottage Quilt Shop goes above and beyond. The fact that I am not paying for shipping of course helps with how patient I am with my orders. The fact that they are a small local Southern California shop makes me happy to support the small business owner.
