unexpected level of satisfction it was so easy to set up our business through mycorporation that it seemed unlikely we wouldn't have to do a lot of it on our own. when setting up the bank account we had to have a second evaluation through the compliance department due to the fact that the paperwork was condensed into just a few documents. the bankers said they had never seen or heard of such a simple process for setting up a business. if ever the need arises to set up another business we will without question use this service.

Transferring our Corp to another state Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status.
