If I could give zero stars i would If I could give zero stars i would. despite my detailed description and forking over $107 dollars for a digital and physical print, they STILL drew everything wrong and it didn’t even look good. They originally answered quickly and did not offer a refund until i became annoying about it. They wanted to revise the drawing for extra cash lol. found out they only refunded me $26 out of the $107 and then STOPPED ANSWERING. i’ve tried to contact them several times since then and even messaged them on instagram to which they read and IGNORED IT. literally the worst company i’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BEFORE THEY SCREW UP YOURS TOO and give you the biggest headache. Their “customer satisfaction means the world to us” statement can’t be farther from the truth. What a load of performative crap.

Demon slayer version Got a demon slayer version of the painting for my friend’s 30th birthday and she LOVED IT! We both are demon slayer fans and it’s such a cute keepsake of our shared anime love and our friendship. Plus the artist picked out the minute details like my friend’s nose ring and dimple and my skin undertones. Basically, we look badass and pretty AF!

Amazing company and great Artists! I had issues with opening my digital artwork, contacted customer service and they reached out with two forms of my picture. I’m so in love with the work truly Amazing!! Kudos to the artist, they got every request and detail - amazing skills!! Also, kudos to the company for such amazing customer service. Will order again!!

MASTER PIECE!! We were pleasantly surprised how AMAZING our family illustration turned out!!! The artist was EVER so patient with all our revision requests that were promptly honored & led to our master piece!!! Will use over and over again! The team here is SOOO beyond great! So far I’ve used them twice (as our family grows we must keep our portrait updated) and will continue to use them! They are so fast at getting the portrait back and making any changes to make sure it’s perfect. I’m so in love with our latest portrait (it’s very different from the first but so detailed and fun). I seriously can’t say enough great things!
