They sold me a fake - already in use - barcode - and they have zero customer support (the only way to contact them is through a form on their website and they do not respond - I've written a dozen times asking for help). I purchased the bar code, printed it on my product, and went to register it through GS1 and it's already registered to another company on the other side of the country.
