Communication on point, very organized and capable of handling international deals as easy as US based ones. Staff were always helpful, and their site is slick and easy to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very Disappointing Experience I purchased a site from Empire Flippers in August of 2020. The actual experience of purchasing the site was great. Everything was very smooth. However, after the site transitioned, the earnings from the site were only about 1/4 of what they should have been. I really feel like I dramatically overpaid for the site, and will, unfortunately, lose quite a bit of money on the deal. I would not consider buying from Empire Flippers ever again.

Overall helpful with some areas for improvement Overall they were helpful and did a good job helping newbies like us and the seller through the process. There are a few areas that could be improved: 1. We were guided by the sales agent to do a Best and Final Offer and then a counter was given to us after best and final. 2. No additional inventory costs were disclosed upfront but then the seller asked for those additional costs (5% more) to be reimbursed after we had sent the negotiated amount and the transfer process had begun. 3. We immediately deviated from the transfer process communicated upfront to accommodate the seller - this made it feel like we continually had to negotiate to maintain the original transfer commitments (access and timeline) by EmpireFlippers.

I feel very blessed I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Empire Flippers to help me sell my business. It was a fair and clear process. Every step was laid out in a way that was easy to understand. Every team member was incredibly patient and helped me understand each step without making me feel rushed.
