Until the Covid-19 virus pandemic began, shipping was fast, customer service response was timely and helpful, and communication was effective. Ann has done a great job reaching out to customers in response to inquiries. I just hope that things will improve and orders are processed like they used to be before the pandemic began affecting businesses. I'd like to get my review back up to 5 stars. What's happening to all of us isn't anyone's fault.

I did have a little trouble due to UPS damaging my package before delivery, but after contacting createforless.com they replaced my order and rushed my delivery for free. Great customer service first time shopper but will be shopping again.
