She helped me bring a necklace that I have been dreaming about for years to life and she was incredibly communicative throughout the process. We dealt with material delays, technical challenges and more, but throughout the process she kept me well informed and included in the process. Finally, when I got the piece (after receiving a number of proofs and regular satisfaction confirmations throughout the process) it was even better than I imagined! Will definitely be using iconographi for all future custom jewelry pieces—and you should too!
