I failed to see the mention of the… I failed to notice mention of the required adapter when I placed my order. Thus the product received was useless without it. I contacted the Sanrico service team about my dilemma. They responded right away and provided me an opportunity to purchase the needed part. It’s great doing business with entrepreneurs that provide a good product and also value “customer service”.

I am so pumped up for my Sanrico… I am so pumped up for my Sanrico products, including the many I have yet to purchase! The folks in customer service were prompt, attentive, and all have a ridiculously adept way of sharing their product knowledge, and mostly, being helpful HUMANS!! Cant wait to route insane amounts of 45 deg miters...SPLINTER & HASSLE FREE! Thanks for doing biz right, Sanrico; i wish there were more like you!!!

Delivery issues I ordered three items in early May 2021 and received one in about three weeks. The other two did not show up for a long time. I repeated the order of the other two and sent a few emails to get feedback on delivery expectations. the response was unsatisfactory claiming one item was delivered mid May. The overall ordered came within two days apart by June 20th. I am satisfied with the product but concerned with the delivery and the extra effort needed to track the order. Ahmed Shazly

Great customer service This company knows how to treat customers. I purchased a tool from Sanrio. Based on prior purchases I was told I was a member of Sanrico’s VIP club and entitled to a 10% discount. When I tried to claim the discount on a more recent purchase I did not know the correct discount code. When Sanrico became aware of my experience they volunteered to give me a refund of 10%. How many organizations do that.
