This store is CRAP!! This store is CRAP!!! Sent me some 'Winter warm" boots. No packing slip. The return address was a warehouse in Southern California. The boots were grossly misrepresented, and was missing a tie strap. Spread the word, " this is a despicable company'!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Received a tribute sign to the loss of my mom as a gift from a friend. It had error (two periods at the end of a sentence). I sent pics of the error to Zalooo requesting that they provide a credit or corrected item. They asked for additional pictures even though the pic with the error was clear - I provided. Then they emailed me that I needed to contact my friend and have her contact them. They make it difficult to exchange/return especially in the midst of grieving. The sign will go in the trash and I will NEVER order from them.

‘When You Believe’ Sunflowers & Dragonflies I purchased the 30x40 canvas ‘When You Believe’ With the Sunflowers and Dragonflies. I absolutely love this canvas. The picture that I ordered from online was beautiful, but when I received my order of my canvas at my home and opened it up I was just amazed at how much more beautiful the actual canvas was in person. Would recommend anyone whose undecided yet about placing their order, ‘JUST DO IT’ you won’t be disappointed.

RESOLVED UPDATE: They have agreed to send me a replacement canvas AND allowed me to keep the other canvas. They went beyond my expectations on a resolution! Cant wait to receive the replacement canvas! Thank you! They do not accept returns! What company does not stand by their product! The canvas was drab and plain looking and I was not happy with it. I just wanted to return it. Last time I will ever do business was with them..BUYER BEWARE!

SCAM-from China - no product, no service I ordered 2 pair winter boots end of October. They never arrived. The company says they were delivered to my mailbox. There is no way 2 pair of boots could fit in my mailbox! I do not believe this is a legitimate company. Be warned.
