Thank you for helping me work out my issue... I appreciated the email messages information and the person(s) who worked with me to figure out the best option, which ended up my buying a new product while using the two discounts provided.

Never received the product! Never received the product! I continue to be emailed to review this product, but I have yet to receive it. I sent a chat asking about it and never received a response. So as of now, I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed that I have paid for a product that isn't here, but keep being bothered to review said product.
