CAWell here we are again... Well, this happened today with HiBid.... I was approved twice today to bid then out of nowhere, after I won a lot or two, I was NOT approved so I have sent this email to them copies of the two approved notices attached to a previous email. I am starting to believe that I was not the problem here. I received many "unpaid" invoices upon request that I had not received initially. Invoices that were dated the day I requested them, not the date of the auction. I emailed the auction houses asking for said "unpaid" invoices since another auction house took the time to tell me about "multiple unpaid invoices", ( yes I saved the emails, I save everything). That is how I know I hadnt recieved the original invoices that remained "unpaid". I also contacted and auction house earlier today looking for an invoice for a won lot, ( a book) that I still havent heard back from. I seriously doubt that I am the real problem here, since I am only having issues with 2 affiliated auction houses. I dont care if you dont want to believe me anymore, this auction site is NOT worth the stress and running around, even changing banks, that I have experienced in the last month of my initial "registration" on said site. Now, just today, I have received TWO notices that I can bid again, only to find out that I am NOT approved to bid again. Im pretty sure THIS wasnt of any fault of my own. ALL my invoices aside from the one I requested earlier today are 'paid in full'. I have not received any invoices from HiBid or any of their auction houses today or at anytime since paying them all off. earlier this week. I have gone through so much in order to abide and stay on top of any won lots and monies owed (for these two auction houses), only to find out some invoices were never emailed to me until I contacted them. Something is not right somewhere and all the other auction houses seemed to have very little problem getting paid immediately. Do with this what you want but I felt I should have my say in all of this, since I was the one to catch the dirty end of the stick over all of it.

GBLove using Hibid I have use several auction sites but really like this one. I really like the notes options on the items. The only suggestion is to explore the ability to view and pay invoices. Regardless, great format and thanks for the great sales.

GBFirst time using the auction site First time using the auction site so it took awhile to learn to navigate around. The auction went very smooth and I like the way pre bidding works in as when you bid a max bid you are the high bid until someone actually bids higher, unlike some sites where a second bidder bids the same as me and they automatically become high bid. Something that I didn’t like was when looking at a lot the only way to get back to the auction I was taken back to lot #1instead of where I left off. Anyway I hope to be able to use this site again,Thanks

GBValidate to bid I love to browse auctions and when I find the deal I didn't know I needed, I strike. The only thing that would make Hi-bid easier is if Hi-bid would prequalifyus for the individual auctions by some manner. I.e. if bidders had to pay $100.00 by credit card and leave on deposit then that buys them into auctions of a set estimated value. The price of deposit would increase commensurate to the estimated cost of the auction determined by the company selling. However to browse every auction should cost nothing unless a bid is want to be aubmitted.

GBHibid is a great auction platform to bid and win Hibid is a great auction platform to bid on. You can actually call them if there is an issue and they do help if you need it. I have also had a few problems with a couple of shady auction companies on their platform but for the most part they are a great place to bid and buy. Just stay away from the shady auction co's on there. all platforms have them so do your research and bid accordingly.
