Three stars right now Three stars right now. I had the same experience as the posts below where I ordered several weeks ago, got no response and my tracking numbers didn't work. I reached out via email and got a new tracking number today and it shows that it has left China, landed in the US and is now with USPS. Three stars for no communication, but if my order doesn't actually show up, I'll edit it and also do a chargeback.

Great customer service My package was a little late, because as we all know Christmas was insane for shipping. But customer service was excellent, and they followed up with me without being prompted and found my package and made sure it got to me. Actual product looks very fun, haven't assembled yet but will order again!

Absolutely LOVED creating my first… Absolutely LOVED creating my first Papercraft project! I picked the unicorn head mount to use for my daughters 3rd birthday party decorations and she LOVES it so much that it is now mounted in her room. I am an avid crafter - once I got the hang of it, this was just like piecing together a 1000 piece puzzle. I cannot wait to try more and have been telling everyone just how much fun this craft is!

Tons of FUN! I purchased the toucan paper model and had so much fun( despite getting glue all over my fingers while using a toothpick to spread it) that ended up ordering the koala, the macaw, and the unicorn. Putting the models together helps me relax and it ends up being a "zen" activity......unless you have cats, then it turns into an adventure. Go!
