Speedy customer service I ordered a custom paint-by-numbers kit and one of the paint pots I received was the wrong color for the color code on the sample picture. I contacted Figured'Art and got a speedy response and confirmation that the correct paint pot is on its way. Very responsive. Exactly how good customer service is supposed to be. Also, I appreciate that I can pay for my purchases securely through PayPal.

It didn’t take me 4 years to complete either. That’s how long it took to complete the original. I thoroughly enjoyed painting and learning about the artist and his painting. I will be ordering again😄

Order #11329709H and #11331148H (extra shipping) Specifically went for this company for their 2+1 deal diamond dotting and FREE shipping worldwide. Placed order 23 Oct 23, received email 25 Oct 23 regards postage address not being suitable, supplied new address 26 Oct 23, WAITED and queried via email, Sam replied 8 Nov 23 saying my order would be prioritised. Received email 9 Nov 23 saying i would now have to pay for shipping with Fedex (Free shipping ???), duly paid, Sam indicated i should receive a tracking number within a few days, STILL WAITING. Will say Sam has assisted (sort of). I would have requested cancel if it wasn't that I wanted these specific type pictures. Lets see what happens, will update my review accordingly. Received my items in good order 27 Nov 23. Happy with all except the shipping costs that were unexpected.

Was looking for more paint by numbers… Was looking for more paint by numbers for my handicapped son - he really enjoys this as a hobby. Had many sites come up but he chose two from the bunch and both were with Figured Art. Bonus - with two he got one free. Easy to deal with, no hassles, one painting came within two days and the other two arrived shortly thereafter. Best part - real people responded to all inquiries.

Very Satisfied Customer I have been purchasing paint by numbers from Figured'ArtUSA for about a year. When they offered custom paint kits, I sent in an order for a painting of my recently deceased husband. The paintings are beautiful, after sending one, each, to my sons, I ordered one for my daughter and a larger of the same photo for myself. When I received the paint kits, I noticed the pictures were different. I contacted Figured'Art and told them my experience. They sent out new paint kits that matched what I'd received previously very quickly. I am very pleased with the customer service of Figured'Art and the company ethic that will make something right for the customer. I will be buying all my paint kits from Figured'Art in the future and share my experience with my friends and family as well as recommend them to anyone who enjoys painting.
