GBI ordered on 1/11/24 I ordered on 1/11/24. Today is 1/18. Got an answer to my email yesterday, they explained that "just had a baby and been at hospital for last two days." They said they'd get it in the mail "tomorrow". I replied congrats, np, best wishes and thanks. -still waiting on that tracking number... little more communication would help. :) Update: got my tracking number on 1/20/24. Says it'll be here tomorrow.

GBI haven't received.my item I haven't received.my item. I haven't received a shipping number. I haven't been told anything other. A. comment about how they can't make money just appear. In the event that they do refund. Which I was really unweak. Delete messaging trying to find information about because I hadn't received a shipped me and I had mentioned to them how they should clearly state what the person is purchasing as in pre-order or actual product in hand cause I wasn't told. That it was a pre-order. Basically paid hundred bucks for nothing haven't gotten an Anything other than a hard time
