GBcustomer service will not reply back on subscription issue. I paid for a lifetime subscription awhile back. I had an issue gaining access to the content with my subscription and emailed them ...again...again and again. It has been 3 times through customer service with NO reply. Update...the owner of Scopio contacted me and corrected the situation which I appreciated and apologized for the no response from the customer service team, which was an email address error.

MXWORST EXPERIENCE EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I got involved in the project in there early days, and made the terrible mistake of uploading many of my high end images to there site. Today they wiped all access I had to my images, removed all my earnings and still have my images uploaded for commercial use. It’s been nearly 3 months since I’ve tried to get ahold of a human besides there “Dana from Scopio” bot. Definitely a scam, would never recommend this to anyone. In fact iv been thinking about getting legal action against them.

GBWorking with Scopio has been Cool Working with Scopio has been an experience! As a photographer it got me into a new project that I’d never done before. The staff are very nice and communicative. They want to help get projects done and answer questions promptly. My only issues were that, 1. Sometimes instructions would miss a tiny step that played a big part in the next step of completing a task. I spent days trying to get past a step that neither of us could figure out what was wrong bc it wasn’t listed and they do it instinctually. Make sure you ask all the questions and have them walk you through it if you can’t figure it out. 2. The payment process was a little chaotic. I did get paid for my work they just could’ve communicated better what the process was from start to finish as well as anticipated pay date. These questions they took longer to respond to vs during the project. The way they collected documents could’ve been more organized and more secure. All in all, I would work with them again. However, this was March 250 object project needed all my time and energy. So, keep that in mind! It’s a project to work as a first or second job, but not as a third or additional side gig. I tried that and it was beyond exhausting.
