GBA Victory Prize Worth Winning I learned about Depicteur by doing photoshop battles on the website Reddit. They sponsored a weekly battle that my entry won, and my prize was a free painting of my image. I didn't know what to expect, because I had never heard of them and also wasn't paying anything, but to my surprise I received an awesome handmade replication of my photoshopped image. It's painted so well that if you didn't know any better you'd think they printed the image on canvas, but you can see the paint strokes, especially if you hold it up against a light source. It arrived safely within the timeframe they promised, packaged very well, and their customer service was prompt and friendly. Although I didn't pay this time, I think it's well worth it and I will definitely be back when the time comes to have an image made into an oil painting.
