Website and ordering process could be… Website and ordering process could be improved. I ordered a knitting kit with WAK and had to experience that a kit does not necessatily include everything I need, while, for my understanding, "kit" would implicate exactly that! On second glance and after having been in contact with the customer service I now saw that the buttons that I need to finish my cardigan are NOT part of the kit and need to be ordered separately. That is no desaster but still I feel a bit mocked. Yarn and needles are fine, but as others stated already: quite overpriced.

Helped me learn to knit! Great product! I am new to knitting and their kits made it very accessible to learn! The patterns are easy to follow and their website has videos to help learn the different techniques for those patterns. It’s safe to say that We Are Knitters has turned me into a knitting and yarn addict and I have now ordered 3 kits from them as well as extra yarn for other projects at home.

Long time WAK fan I have been shopping at WAK for a number of years. In my experience their yarns, kits, and patterns are of the highest quality and unsurpassed. Customer service is excellent. I love being part of the WAK family and can't wait to start my next kit. I highly recommend them for anyone wants to learn to knit or crochet! My only advice for improvement would be to please add pics of finished projects in each colour.
