CARidiculously slow delivery We haven’t done the actual painting, however the delivery of the sets is very delayed, taking over 3 1/2 weeks. Beware they use regular postal service and no expedited customs. Our package was ready in 1 day, took one week to get picked up. Christmas gift ordered on Dec 2 arrived on 29th.

CAI ordered this in Nov with an… I ordered this in Nov with an expectation that it would be delivered by Christmas. I got a tracking number right away but it is stuck in data received status. Despite multiple follow up emails, I have received no response. Now I am in a situation where I don't have a gift for one particular individual. I think this is a scam.

CAWrong product no replacement I ordered three kits each with a different sentimental photo for my family members for Christmas. Instead of getting one of each I got one, two of the same and the third one I ordered just isn’t getting replaced or refunded. I spent $200 plus duties and I’m out an entire painting for Christmas. Very disappointed in the customer service and support.
