GBOIT has great customer service OIT has great customer service. They are a US based company and are great for Managed Service Providers to work with. They have dashboards that let you log in once to manage all your clients. If you order phones through them, they show up with stickers on the box that tell you who the phone is for and what extension. They are already provisioned, so you just plug them in and you're done at the desk. The rest of the magic happens in the portal which is much easier to use than the other ones I have used. (like Ring Central and Nextiva) The also make pricing straight forward and offer way more features for the base charge than almost everyone else. It's nice being able to talk to a new prospect and do the math in my head and give them an answer on the spot as to what it would cost to switch to VoIP.

GBOIT takes customer service up a notch OIT takes customer service up a notch. If I ever have a question, I have my answer within a few minutes. We have never experienced a service interruption, which I can't say for OIT's competitors. I don't have a negative thing to say about them or their serivce, and if I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.
