granite marker The engraving could be a bit more defined. The quality of the granite marker is great and the color is a true black. The customer service was excellent.

Shipping quality control issues Performed a small rush order for a single 4x2 stainless tag with overnight early A.M. shipping. Delivery was on time at 8 A.M. today, but shipping cardboard was empty and contained zero product other than air. Due to the time sensitive nature a second shipment has been dispatched, but I currently have no idea whether I will actually receive the product at 8 A.M. for a scheduled 12 P.M. public speaking event tomorrow with venue picked and speech written, or if this company is full of air. The online graphics design suite was industry leading and allowed transparency background delete, and they worked with me regarding early morning proofs and same-day shipping on Monday morning. I just haven't seen the physical product yet and this is going on 1 day late, for a 9x product to shipping cost order.

Excellence at a fair price I wanted some markers made so that various family members (strewn across the country) could make their own place of remembrance for my darling wife, who died much too early. The price for a single marker was less than 1/3 what I would have been charged by a local establishment (a little over $200 verses $750). When I ordered several of them, the price dropped even more. The work was beautifully done, with the photograph of my wife coming off much better than I suspected it would. They did additional modifications of my original design ideas which made it a much stronger display. I thank them sincerely for excellent work. I am completely satisfied.

Highly recommend Everything (price, timeliness, availability, etc.) was great. I only gave four stars because I could not configure my text as I wanted on their web site. That being said, they were happy to make changes based on their proof. I will definitely use them again.
