Memorial Plaques (Outdoor) I recently purchased an outdoor, brass, memorial plaque and two 'dog tags' to hang on trees. The process was easy, quick; the feedback and updating was excellent; the prices were great. My only 'negative' comment is that the web site had so much information on it that it was a little confusing to find the product I wanted quickly. Also, the ordering instructions for 'backing' and 'stakes' needs a little clean-up : it is a little confusing. BP

Customer Service by phone is easily accessible and helpful. There was one major glitch on my first set of proofs, but instead of becoming a headache, the problem was quickly fixed in response to my email and new proofs followed soon after.
