We struggled with other coworking groups (WEWORK) and really needed a solid space with great amenities. That's what we got at Local Office. The location is perfect, right in the heart of upper kirby and rice village, no shortage of lunch options or shopping. The space is well laid out and the amenities are top notch. Parking is free, covered parking is available, snacks/drinks/beer included, and there's a coffee shop downstairs. All of the tangibles are great but what makes this space the best is the community that fills it. The curator, Paige, has done a tremendous job getting everyone together for fun events that give you a needed break from the "grind". If you're looking at any other coworking spaces, DON'T. This is everything you'll need.

I get so much done here! Bright atmosphere, respectful and friendly community, daytime events often enough to make going to the office fun.

I love working at Local Office I love working at Local Office! Great vibe, great people, great staff. Lots of natural light, comfy chairs/sofas, coffee & snack bar. Everything you need to work effectively is here. Much better than working from home! I highly recommend this place. I look forward to coming in every morning.
