Company is a scam From reading through the reviews this company is clearly fraudulent. As with many of the other reviewers, we ordered a kit, never received it, asked when we would get it, were told by 'Julie' that it was on it's way (multiple times). It's obvious that we'll never receive what we paid for so we have filed for a refund through both Paypal and AE. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this company.

I have only ever written 1 review… I have only ever written 1 review before so it must be bad . Same experience as many . Bought in the first week of UK lockdown ( March) and now July and nothing . A “ Julie” did email me once saying she would check with her technical team but that was the end of communication other than constant stream of offers . Appears to be a scam . Hope others read this to avoid disappointment . Positive reviews can only have been written by them . Re reading them they sound implausibly positive !!

Ordered beginning of December still no… Ordered beginning of December still no delivery nor a response to emails at the beginning of February. Parcel tracking via China post for the first day says parcel still in China. Company doesn’t advise it is based in China. Company Trades under a completely different name. Falklands Marketing. SCAM - DO NOT USE

Sent partial order and support non existent Ordered two kits in April. After two months the delivery finally arrived and only contained one kit. Attempting to resolve via their customer support was a fruitless endeavour with a range of excuses given (including saying their system only had one ordered) and then an endless non-reply or run around. Stay away from this site.

I’ve been waiting over 6 months for my… I’ve been waiting over 6 months for my painting!! The service is utterly disappointing and they were no help when I first asked how much longer it would take. I sent an email over a week ago complaining and they didn’t even bother getting back to me. I’m currently STILL waiting for my order and a response. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, I’d actually go out my way to recommend that people don’t use it!
