Unbeatable team-building experience Anywhere League helped me build genuine friendships really quickly, despite working for an entirely remote organization that was spread over multiple time zones. Working together as a team, competing against other organizations' teams, helps build camaraderie and trust among coworkers who maybe don't see each other every day (remote, hybrid, or just in different parts of the organization); it's so much more effective than any other team-building activity I've tried. And because the topics vary so much, different people get a chance to shine at different points in the game.
