GBWell I feel ripped off and icky Well I feel ripped off! Explanation of vaccine options beyond confusing. Tried asking a reasonable question, was interrupted and told to take the advice or not. Looking at the forms they sent after and they put my dogs sex wrong, which is concerning. Lack of attention to detail in one area means lack of attention to detail in all areas. Ended up paying almost $600 and not sure what for. Exam not thourough, ie. temperatures not taken, lymph nodes not examined or they would have known one dog is very sensitive in those areas. Save your time and money and go to a clinic that will take the time to do a proper exam and explain options clearly.

GBBe aware! Be aware! I have a cat with diabetes and Pancreatitis, we have had a hard weekend with a flare up of the latter. At one point Scoop was in a coma state. First thing this morning I called to speak to a vet to see if there was any more I could do other than the recommended low carb diet and Kaminox so to prevent the above happening again. I was told they were understaffed and it would be tomorrow before I could speak to a Vet. This could cost Scoop his life!! The same receptionist has not placed my order of Insulin twice in the past. I decided that I needed to move to a Practice that has staff that can cover for absences and care about the life of it's patient!

GBThe Vet and tech were very professional… The Vet and tech were very professional and did a nice job handling our two cats. Unfortunately one exam did not go well and we were advised to take him to an animal hospital.

GBThe staff and doctor are extremely… The staff and doctor are extremely friendly and wonderful with my kitten. I appreciate how everything was explained and how they made sure that any questions were answered.

GBGreat experience! We have 3 large dogs, so the convenience was incomparable. Vet was very thorough and excellent with our dogs. Will continue to use this service.
