Great trust worthy customer service I'm a California resident unfortunately and in late January early February we had a freedom week in California which gave us the ability to purchase ammunition from out of state and get it shipped to our door. Botach stood up for us and was willing to fulfill our orders within the short time we had. Unfortunately I ran into an issue with the shipper and was super bummed because time was running out. But amazingly the great customer service at Botach was on top of there game ie Mykala from customer service and seen that I was able to get my items all within the proper time frame. The clearance sales are amazing and there firearms are reasonably priced and they have some hard to get items also at great prices. When I search for new Tactical gear I always go to Botach first!
