GBCustomer service does not return calls… I order a reel using my credit card and received with no problems. A week later I submitted another order for two reels using same card. Next day I received a fraud alert and email stating I needed to send a pic of my credit card in order for them to further process order. I called customer service, received a voice message. I left a message asking for a return call and explanation. I have heard nothing from them

GBThis is my second reel which is the… This is my second reel which is the auric 3000 spinning reel on par or above with the pen fierce ! My first real was the carbon x 2 which is a great reel definitely satisfied with both smoothness, Drag consistency , I fish saltwater and when I get back from the day I rinse with fresh water and not have a problem since . About every fifth time out I take the handle off and put a couple of drops on each side of oil.

GBNO COMPLAINTS HERE I have several Piscifun rods, both casting and spinning, along with their reels. Very smooth reels and the rods are spectacular. The ONLY drawback is, of course, that these are made in China. However, I did have a "glitch" with one of my reels and it was rectified in a matter of just a few days. Customer Service is fantastic.

GBGreat Customer Service and Products Their customer service was outstanding. I ordered some products and questioned the amount I was billed. I sent an email with my questions and received an immediate response which offered a solution to my question. My items were shipped in a couple of days and I received them in a short time. And shipping was FREE. I purchased a Carbon X reel before and I very satisfied with its performance and will do business with you again in the future. I recommend this company.
