Customer service before receiving the product So I haven't received the product yet. The reason being I placed the order to get this for my Dad for his birthday. I ordered a corresponding piece to go with this solvent trap. Few days later I notice it's still processing so I shoot a email. Kyle messages me that night through email and says he will get it taken care of tomorrow because my dad's b day is coming up soon. The next day he sends me a email that one I chose wouldn't work with the corresponding piece would you like this other one that will work perfectly with it. Which in my opinion is better than the one I purchased for no up charge. Now I that is what I call customer service. He knows his products and what with go with what and he reached out to let me know and took care of me to the fullest extent. I know my dad is going to be super happy. Thanks You so much Kyle for your professionalism and top tier customer service

return process is a nightmare they are nice products and well made but ensure you order the correct one. i have been trying to complete a return for over a month and no one will get back to me with return instruction or give me a address where i can ship the unwanted product, in order to complete a exchange. i am even willing to pay for the shipping and the re-stocking fee, and only want to exchange a product for another lighter one.

Don't buy this I own lots of suppressors and solvent traps, this stuff if poop, I know the prices are awesome and it comes right to your house but it's poop, I promise.

Order was incomplete because a part was… Order was incomplete because a part was the wrong size. After several emails and photographs of the defective part and a month later I still have received a part that will work. Avoid these people. And yes I do have all the emails to support my frustration!
